Payment is expected by credit card at the time of registration.
If you are using university funds, we strongly suggest you use discretionary funds and consult with your unit’s finance staff about requirements for submitting a reimbursement.
We are not able to transfer grant funds between UC campuses to cover event registration and housing.

J.R. Beyster Auditorium is located on northwest corner of the UC San Diego campus, the Rady School of Management.
Scholarships
Scholarships
There will be a limited number of scholarships for students to attend the 24th Annual UC Systemwide Bioengineering Symposium.
These may cover some or all of:
registration
lodging (dormitory)
and travel (up to $500).
Final award amounts will be decided based upon fundraising and registration income for the conference.
We hope to finalize award outcomes by mid-May.

If you are not able to pay up front by credit card, contact your PI on other payment arrangements that may be possible via your home institution
