Presentation Length:
Keynote Invited speakers - 30 min
Invited speakers - 20 min (or as specified in invitation from Program Committee Chair)
Shu Chien Early Award Selections - 15 min
Selected Oral Presenters - 15 min
Presentation Guidelines:
We suggest an aspect ratio of 16:9, but any other reasonable size can be used. You may project your slides from your own laptop – if your laptop does not have standard connectors (VGA or HDMI), please bring any required specialty dongles or connectors. The Auditorium has a presenters’ desktop that may be accessible in lieu of a laptop. A laser pointer will be provided. Subsequent and/or additional instructions will be sent to selected oral presenters.

Poster presenters will be responsible for placing their poster on the display board prior to the session and removing their poster after the session.
Display boards are 48" x 70" and poster size needs to fit with in those specifications.
Poster Session I:
Place poster no later than Monday, June 24, 2024 - 8:30AM
Remove poster by Monday, June 24, 2024 - 7:00 PM

Place poster no later than Tuesday, June 25, 2024 - 8:30AM
Remove poster Tuesday, June 25, 2024 - 3:30PM
The poster sessions will be crowded. There is no space for you to have a table, stand, laptop, etc. with your poster, or any sort of power cable. You may have a prototype or sample if it is small enough to hold in your hand for the entire session.
Please contact us immediately if you will not be able to stand with your poster for the entire 90 minutes, so we may make accommodating arrangements.
